Art Direction

When PepsiCo wanted to celebrate its Los Angeles team, I led the creative vision and direction for a dynamic photoshoot + wall display that makes people feel proud to work there. My goal was to take the “team photo” brief—a normally utilitarian task—and turn it into something energizing, visually distinct, and expressive of company spirit.

From concept through execution, I shaped everything: choosing location, designing the setup, directing lighting and wardrobe, styling team poses, casting mood, and working with the photographer to capture authentic energy. I planned the shoot to reflect PepsiCo’s culture: approachable, ambitious, collaborative. The wall display that resulted is more than decoration—it’s a visual identity moment inside the workplace, something that connects people to each other and the brand every day.
